Physicochemical properties of the product: 
This product is a white to light yellow high melting point wax, with functions such as lubrication, dispersion, gloss enhancement, demolding, smoothing, anti-adhesion, and antistatic properties. It also has excellent coupling and dispersing effects on pigments and fillers, good compatibility and coexistence with most plastics, and is a widely used lubricant allowed for use in food packaging materials (GB9685-2008). It is insoluble in conventional organic solvents and water at room temperature, soluble in hot xylene, chloroform, butanol, and other high boiling point solvents. Flash point is about 285°C, relative density 0.98 (25°C).

Product applications: 
1. Small particles (20 mesh): Used as lubricants for ABS, rigid PVC, AS, PA, PP, and wood-plastic materials; slip agents for LDPE and LLDPE; slip and anti-adhesion agents for PS; demolding, dispersion, and lubricating agents for PET, PBT, and POM; dispersants for EVA flame retardant masterbatches; and surface gloss lubricants for rubber (hoses, rubber sheets, automotive floor mats), etc.; 
2. Powder (125 mesh): Can be used as dispersants for plastic (ABS, PS) color masterbatches and chemical fiber (polypropylene, polyester) masterbatches; bright dispersants for inorganic fillers and flame retardants; and surface treatment lubricants for modified materials such as ABS, etc.; 
3. Fine powder (325 mesh): Can be used as diffusion and dispersing agents for color powder matching, as modifiers and lubricating dispersants for ultrafine powders, improving product brightness and gloss, as well as processing efficiency; 
4. Micron powder (2000 mesh): Can be used as wax agents and dispersants for inks and coatings; as pigment grinding aids and dispersants in coatings; and as dispersants for carbon black used in chemical fibers, etc.; 
5. Lubricants, dispersants, and anti-blocking agents for mixed powder coatings, polyester powder coatings, and epoxy powder coatings, etc.; 
6. PU surface treatment agents (micronized wax), demolding agents for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), lubricants for nylon (PA), anti-adhesion agents for rigid plasticized PVC films, and lubricants and slip agents for PE and BOPP films; 
7. Lubricants for casting, metal processing, powder metallurgy; modifiers for road asphalt and waterproof materials; 
8. Brighteners for paper coatings (suitable for food packaging), antistatic agents for synthetic fibers, defoamers in pulp and papermaking, bright lubricants for nonwoven fabrics, and dispersing lubricants for PA-6 flame retardant modified materials. 
Packaging and storage: 
The product is packaged in composite bags, each with a net weight of 20kg or 25kg. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The storage period is one year. It is recommended to store in a dark, dry, and ventilated place. If inspection after one year is qualified, it can still be used. This product is stored and transported according to general chemical regulations.
