Application
Used to enhance the impact resistance and tear strength of PP (polypropylene) and PE (polyethylene) plastics, suitable for processing techniques such as injection molding, extrusion, co-extrusion, and pelletizing.
Performance
Mechanical Properties: Elongation at break ranges from 700% to 800%, tensile strength is 2.5 MPa, and Shore hardness measures 60–70 degrees—effectively enhancing the impact resistance and tear strength of PP and PE plastics.
Processing Performance: Melt flow rate ≤ 3 g/10 min, compatible with standard PP and PE processing equipment without compromising the stability of existing processes.
Physical properties: Density 0.90 g/cm³, ash content < 0.05%, moisture content < 0.2%, transparent granular appearance, with no risk of impurity contamination.

This product is a high-molecular polymer, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly, meeting international environmental standards such as FDA, RoHS, REACH, PHAS, and EN71-9. It is suitable for use in both consumer and industrial PP/PE plastic products.

Usage and Dosage
Dosage: The recommended addition rate is 2–8%, balanced against product quality requirements and cost considerations; a dosage of 4% is suggested as the optimal choice.
Usage: Directly add HD-J8528 to PP/PE raw materials, sprue material, and recycled materials, and mix for 5–8 minutes. Once thoroughly blended, it can be used for injection molding, extrusion, profile extrusion, or pelletizing.
