Physicochemical properties of the product: 
This product is a white or slightly yellow powder and small granular waxy solid, insoluble in water, ethanol, acetone, carbon tetrachloride, and other solvents at room temperature, but soluble in hot xylene, chloroform, butanol, and other high boiling point solvents. The flash point is about 280℃, and the heat resistance stability is around 300℃. Since this product introduces polar groups based on ethylene bis(stearamide), its properties not only have EBS characteristics but also better dispersibility, glossy lubrication, antistatic, and demolding effects.

Product applications: 
1. Used as a dispersant for polypropylene masterbatch and ABS masterbatch, significantly improving the melt index and surface gloss of the masterbatch; 
2. Used as a highly effective dispersant for difficult-to-disperse pigments such as phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, and carbon black (both regular and high pigment carbon black); 
3. Enhances gloss and lubrication in recycled ABS, PS, AS plastics; 
4. Acts as a lubricant and anti-sticking agent in transparent PVC, PP, and PE; provides internal and external lubrication in PVC wire and cable materials; serves as an external lubricant in flexible PVC materials; 
5. Used as a gloss agent and compatibilizer in inorganic filled modified PE and PP, improving product gloss, melt index, notch impact strength, flexural modulus, and breaking strength; 
6. Suitable for extrusion molding of rigid PVC profiles and pipes, making the product surface glossy; 
Packaging and storage: 
The product is packaged in composite bags, each with a net weight of 20kg or 25kg. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and rain. The storage period is one year. It is recommended to store in a dark, dry, and ventilated place. If inspection after one year is qualified, it can still be used. This product is stored and transported according to general chemical regulations.
