Physicochemical Properties of the Product:
This product is a waxy odorless solid. Its molecular structure contains a long carbon chain and a polar amide group, giving it excellent surface activity and good heat resistance stability. It is suitable for higher processing temperatures, providing longer-lasting smoothness and superior anti-blocking effects. It is insoluble in water but soluble in ethanol, ether, acetone, and xylene. Flash point: about 230℃. The product is environmentally friendly and non-toxic (passed non-toxic testing), allowing its use in food containers and food packaging materials (GB9685-2008). It has passed SGS green environmental testing and complies with the EU RoHS environmental directive.

Product Applications:
1. Can be used as a slip agent and anti-blocking agent for films such as PP, CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU, as well as multilayer co-extruded films, high-transparency agricultural films, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and metallocene polyethylene. It significantly reduces the dynamic and static friction coefficients on the surface of products (films or sheets), improving processability and packaging operation efficiency.
2. Acts as a slip, anti-blocking, and anti-fouling agent in inks, delaying pigment and filler sedimentation, aiding re-dispersion, increasing the wear resistance and scratch resistance of printed materials, enhancing surface smoothness, and especially improving slip and anti-blocking during overprint varnishing.
3. When added to rubber (SBE, SBP, SBR, PP), it can improve the gloss, anti-fouling, and elongation of rubber products, enhance vulcanization promotion and wear resistance, and particularly prevent sun-induced cracking.
4. Can be used as a release agent and surface slip and gloss agent for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluororubber, lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics, lubricant for LDPE calendered artificial leather, slip agent for fiber materials, non-woven fabrics, and gaming chips, as well as slip agents for high wear-resistant materials such as PA (gears, shaft seals, bushings, skateboards, etc.) and lubricant dispersants for ABS graphite fiber modified materials. It can also serve as an effective anti-blocking hot melt adhesive.
Packaging and Storage:
Packaged in composite bags, each bag net weight 20kg or 25kg, each pallet 1000kg. Packaging complies with international regulations. During transportation, avoid direct sunlight and rain. Shelf life is one year. It is recommended to store in a dark, dry, cool, and ventilated place. Temperatures above 35℃ may cause caking or discoloration. After one year, it can still be used if inspection is passed. This product is stored and transported according to general chemical regulations.
