Physicochemical Properties of the Product: 
This product is a white hard waxy solid with excellent thermal stability and low volatility. It is a high-efficiency high-temperature lubricant that can improve the flowability and demolding performance of resins. It has excellent nucleating effects on some crystalline plastics and can be used in transparent products to improve transparency and surface smoothness; soluble in ethanol and benzene solvents, flash point ≥245℃;

Main Applications of the Product: 
1. Used as a lubricant and dispersant in transparent engineering plastics such as thermoplastic polyester (PET/PBT); 
2. Used as a lubricant, release agent, and dispersant for polystyrene (PS); 
3. Used as a release agent, dispersant, and internal/external lubricant for polycarbonate (PC) and its alloys; 
4. Used as a lubricant, release agent, and dispersant for polyoxymethylene (POM) and nylon (PA, PA6, PA66); 
5. Used as a lubricant, release agent, slip agent, and anti-fog agent for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU); 
6. Used as a lubricant and dispersant for reinforced polypropylene (PP) plastics. In glass fiber reinforced engineering plastics, it promotes the dispersion and bonding of glass fibers in the resin, reduces exposure, and improves product gloss; 
7. Lubricant and anti-blocking agent for polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA); 
8. Additive for high-grade lubricating oils, lubricant for metal cutting and rolling of thin steel sheets.
