HD-J861 GPPS Toughening Agent
Suitable for processing GPPS plastic raw materials, recycled materials, and sprue materials via injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, pelletizing, and other techniques. It can be used to produce GPPS transparent sheets, containers, packaging materials, films, pipes, and other products.
Performance
Enhanced Toughness, Enhanced Efficiency: Adding 2-4% (4% recommended) can boost the impact strength of GPPS plastic by up to 40%, while also improving its flowability, softness, and toughness—effectively resolving issues of brittleness and cracking.
Transparent Retention: Has no impact on the transparency or color of GPPS products, perfectly suited for applications requiring clear materials.
Cost-effective: Requires minimal usage (just 20–40 grams per 1 kg of raw material), significantly reducing modification costs; can replace ABS, resulting in a 23% cost savings.
Auxiliary coloring agent: It adheres to color powders, ensuring even distribution and reducing the need for dispersants or spreading oils.

Usage and Dosage
Mixing: Blend with GPPS raw material, recycled material, and runner material for 15–20 minutes until uniform.
Reaction: After mixing thoroughly, transfer to a material bag or leave in the mixing bucket for 45–60 minutes to allow for complete chemical reaction (if clumps form, gently break them apart by tapping or stirring).
Processing: After heating the raw material, proceed with extrusion, injection molding, or blow molding. (During rainy or humid weather, it is recommended to bake the material first before adding it—in this case, the results will be even better.)
Testing: Toughness testing can be conducted 24 hours after molding.
It is recommended to add 0.2–0.4% (specifically determined by the product process, product requirements, formulation, application environment, and post-processing techniques).
